When it came to choosing a location, Dunedin was a natural fit for James and Elizabeth. “We always knew we wanted to be in Downtown Dunedin,” Elizabeth says. After relocating to the area, they were determined to be part of its vibrant downtown scene. Pisces became the first sushi restaurant in the downtown corridor, adding a distinctive flair to Dunedin’s culinary offerings and becoming a staple in the community.
